These middle sounds phonics games will help your students build fluency with vowels or middle sounds in CVC words. This resource will help students with segmenting sounds, identifying middle sounds and spelling sounds. These vowel sounds activities can be used in centers or small groups!

• Clip A Sound - Students will say the picture and ID the correct middle sound. They will clip a clothespin on the correct letter for the vowel sound.
• Write A Sound - Students write the letter for the middle sound of each picture.
• Write The Sound - Segmenting-students say the word, segment the sounds and write the middle sound.
• Puzzles - Students will assemble puzzles to match the middle sound with the 2 pictures.
• Spin and Write - students spin and color (or write) the vowel sound
• Write The Room - students find word pictures and write the middle sound.
