This Dolch and Fry sight word creation has been crafted to give students practice with more than 200 sight words during the month of October and leading up to Halloween. This activity is easily differentiated and editable for your classroom and students.
This game can be played whole group, small group, or used as a center activity! These cards would also be great in your sensory bin or sensory table!
Place the sight word pumpkins into a pocket chart. Students read the word and find the hammer with the matching word. They can then place the hammer with the pumpkin and yell: “SMASH!”
