This Valentine’s Day numbers and counting resource contains 2 different activities for learning numbers and counting to 20. This February creation will give your students hands-on practice with number recognition and one-to-one correspondence. It includes puzzles and spinner games with differentiated recording sheets. The recording sheets allow you to meet the needs of all students.
To use the number and counting puzzles: Print, laminate and cut the heart puzzles apart. Students match the number, dots and ten frames to complete the puzzle. Students will write the number and make the ten frames on the recording sheet.
Spinners: Print and laminate the spinners. Use the spinner and recording sheet for number recognition, making ten frames and counting ten frames.
